Use this form to request permanent deletion of your Digi Court account and all associated data.

What gets deleted: your account, profile, all imported cases (with hearings and orders), client and opposite-counsel details, fee records, alert settings and templates, saved drafts, and subscription/referral records.

Requests are verified against the registered mobile number and completed within 7 days. Some records may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention.
